Closing ceremony of third session of forth Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC

It was learned that third session of forth Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC closed in Chenzhou Performance & Art Center on January 9, 2014.

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City, Chen Shezhao- President of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC, some Vice Presidents of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC and some leaders were seated on the platform.

Chen Shezhao - President of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC hosted the conference.

Resolution for third session of forth Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC, resolution for working report of third session of forth Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC Standing Committee, and resolution for proposal working report of forth Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC Standing Committee from the second session were approved by the conference.

Xiang Lili delivered an important speech on the conference. Xiang stated that it was a simple but high efficient conference. All members played their important roles on discussing issues concerned for people’s well-being condition and shared their ideas to promote Chenzhou city’s further development.

2014 is the first year of comprehensively deepening reform. It is also last year for Chenzhou city’s “another three-year project”. All the problems hindered on the way of development should be solved on the basis of reform was the key experience obtained by Chenzhou city. So all the departments should keep working on reform and opening-up to create a scientific development condition for Chenzhou city. Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC Standing Committee should well play its political advantages to gather more strength to upgrade Chenzhou city’s reform, opening up and development.

Xiang required that Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC should keep follow unification and democracy with unified ideas; should figure out more suggestions to promote Chenzhou city’s development, especially on the resource allocation, mechanism innovation, environment optimization, etc.; and should help to seize the special development chances to grapes the initiative of development.

Xiang emphasized that Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC should create the conditions to make difference under current situation; the Party should enhance and perfect the leadership of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC to promote its construction and promote the democratic politics accordingly.
