The 6th CMGS attracted more than 350 international exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions, an increase of more than 30 exhibitors. In these days, the foreign exhibitors came to Chenzhou to start the exhibition work, bringing some treasures to display at the show.

Kade from Pakistan came here with his father, who brought Pakistan's gems to the exhibition every year. But this was his first time to attend the show and visit Chenzhou. He said: "Chenzhou City is very beautiful, just like my hometown. The people here are also very friendly and hope to have a good time here and find good business opportunities for the future at this show."

Adam, an American exhibitor, firstly took part in the CMGS at the introduction of a friend and brought the minerals and gems from North Africa, and the fossils and dinosaur specimens from Monaco. He said: "Chenzhou has already held several sessions of CMGS and is very experienced in organizing such events. The event is very organized and the Chinese government is very supportive. I see everyone here is happy. Chenzhou seems to be well planned and the streets are well planned. Chenzhou friends said they would show us some other old buildings, and we are looking forward to it."

Adam said he had attended gem exhibition in Guangxi and Beijing, but it was his first time to attend the CMGS, so he looked forward to it all the more. He said: "we want to find new business opportunities and work with museums on exhibitions, because we have a lot of resources for exhibitions, such as large dinosaur specimens, dinosaur fossils. We can also provide a lot of new exhibits for the museum and also have many unique exhibits to display to the public."
