More than a dozen staff members were making intensive and orderly interior decoration, improving the guidance system and displaying treasures. Chenzhou Mineral Gem Street is a professional mineral gem commercial street, co-invested by Municipal Development Investment Group and Shengyuan Business Group, which was built on the resources of International Convention and Exhibition Center, Sports Center, Cultural and Art Center, "World Non-ferrous Metal Town", China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Expo and other cultural tourism and sports platforms. The Street mainly has Linwu Tongtian Jade City, International Mineral Crystal Hall, Qishi Hall, Jade, Hetian Jade Hall, Antique Culture Street, etc., which is an effective carrier to show the development of Chenzhou mineral and gem culture and related industries to the people of the world, and is also a cultural tourism platform to meet the people's multi-faceted, multi-level and diverse spiritual and cultural needs.

In the future, the operation and management of this commercial street will be marketized by Shengyuan Group. Wu Chuguang, General Manager of the Group, said that this mineral gem street will be the most professional and large-scale display platform of jade culture in Hunan Province, which integrates exhibition, sales, tourism, popular science education and other functions. The total investment is estimated to be 200 million yuan, over 1000 meters in length, with a total area of 38,000 square meters. Among them, the first phase of the business area is about 18,000 square meters, with an investment amount of 80 million yuan, and will officially opened before the opening of the 7th CMGE on May 13. The second phase, with an area of about 20,000 square meters, is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of 2019.
