According to the file of “notice for issuing 2015 incentive funds for the wind-power stations’construction in poverty-stricken counties except Xiangxi region” released by Hunan Department of Finance, Taipingli wind power station of Yizhang county, Donggangling and Baiyunxian wind power station of Rucheng county, Hankou and Huangnihu wind power station of Chenzhou city were issued with 3 million yuan subsidies respectively, accounting for 15million yuan in total. It was learned that it was the first incentive funds for wind power station construction obtained by Chenzhou city from Hunan Provincial Reform and Development Committee issued the file of “some comments on accelerating the development of wind power” on November 27, 2013.
