It was learned from Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment that it would focus on the general targets of internationalization, modernization and open to handle the investment and upgrade the efficiency, especially to promote Chenzhou city’s take-off.

Concerned for the projects construction, Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment would accelerate the construction of 18 projects (5 of them were Chenzhou city’s key projects) and finish annual investment with an amount of 1.894billion yuan, 0.45billion yuan of which were for the 5 new projects and 1.444billion yuan were for the continuous construction projects. Concerned for the expansion financing, Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment would positively adapt to the “new normal” of economic development and new requirements of the new round reform of fiscal and taxation system. It would strongly promote some direct financing as corporate bond, medium term note, private note, project revenue bone, and etc., and would positively explore PPP financing model to upgrade the financing capacity of the market and explore more ways to collect funds. All of those were purposely to provide strong capital support for urban construction and development. It planned to finish 4billion yuan financing target in 2015.

At the meantime, Chenzhou Urban Construction Investment would enhance investment attraction for the reserve land. It tried to finish 1000mu physical land reserve to magnify the land efficiency and promote the appreciation of land. It would also further implement the strategies of capital’s marketization and industrialized operation to upgrade the operating efficiency of capitals. Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center would keep follow the idea to be marketization, specialization, branding and internationalization to magnify the multiplier effect of convention and exhibition economy. It tried to reach the target of 20% increasing. Chenzhou Sports Center would keep handling more different activities to promote the development of sports industry and sports economy.
