What is the narrow-neck problem for rural reform? What is the key concern for development of manorial economy? How about the operation of rural professional cooperatives? In order to find the answers, Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated the villages and ecological villas of Suxian district on October 9, 2014.

“How about your business?” Liu Hesheng kept asking the problems on arrival of Guangshandong ecological and leisure villa. When visiting the grapery, Liu Hesheng said manorial was an inexorable trend for the agricultural industrialization, because it does not only play well of local resources advantages, improve special industries and promote optimization and upgrading of agricultural structure, but also effectively promote the industrialization operation of agriculture and increase efficiency of enterprises & improve ecological condition.

Liu Hesheng gathered people together to discuss the development of manorial economy in the villa. It was believed that farmers should come out from the field and implement the land circulation to reach the goal of becoming wealthier.

When visited Paitang Seedling Cooperative of Qiaokou town, Liu Hesheng asked the employment issue of the cooperative. On learning that the most part of cost for the cooperative was the labor cost, Liu Hesheng asked that the cooperative should well settle the living issues of the workers especially the migrant workers to make them feel relieve to work there.

All the villagers of Zhangjiachong village, Wulipai town joined the land cooperative. Currently, the area of flue-cured tobacco was accounted for 1200mu.

Liu Hesheng highly affirmed the land circulation work handled out by Zhangjiachong village that it greatly helped to increase people’s income and release people from the field. Liu required that the cooperative’s role should be well played to deepen the agricultural industrialization and build new socialist rural area.
