In the morning of September 22, 2016, the 4th South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair & Hunan Famous Products Show (short for 4th South Hunan Trade Fair) was opened in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. 48 of 5th batch undertaking industrial transfer key projects covered with 24.3billion yuan investments were launched successfully.

It was learned that the fair was sponsored by Hunan Provincial Government and undertaken by Hunan Business and Commerce Department, Hunan Development and Reform Commission, Chenzhou Government, Hengyang Government, and Yongzhou Government. Long Guoqiang who is the Deputy Director of Development Center of the State Council, He Baoxiang- Deputy Governor of Hunan Provincial Government, Xu Xiangping- Minister of Hunan Business and Commerce Department, Xiaong Fangping- Deputy Secretary-General of Hunan Provincial Government, and some other leaders attended the ceremony. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee made a toasting on the opening ceremony. He Baoxiang- Deputy Governor of Hunan Provincial Government announced the opening of the fair.

BP (China) Investment Co., Philips Lighting (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and some other top500 companies of the world, as well as multinational groups, some important foreign merchants, entrepreneurs, journalists, and etc. attended the ceremony.

Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee said: “this fair is followed the theme of ‘green undertaking, scientific development’ and will hold some more activities as forum on multinational investment and innovative development. It will focus on ‘improving new industrialization with the assistant of undertaking new material industrial chain’ for deepening study. It will be helpful to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional resource-oriented industries.”

The 4th South Hunan Undertaking Industrial Transfer Trade Fair & Hunan Famous Products Show (short for 4th South Hunan Trade Fair) which was held in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center was handled out successfully by Chenzhou city for three times. Concerned for this fair, it would focus on the concepts of “innovation, coordination, green, opening, sharing” to attract some more leading enterprises, strategic investors, supporting enterprises, top500 companies of the world and China, and high level technologies and talents.

During the fair, Chenzhou, Hengyang, and Yongzhou cities handled out the special investment promotion on undertaking new material industrial chain, advanced device manufacturing industrial chain, and textile and shoes industrial chain respectively, and launched 48 of the 5th undertaking industrial transfer project, covering 24.3billion yuan.
