It was reported that Zhang Weifeng- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and nominee of Mayor of Chenzhou City and He Jianxiang- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some foreign trade companies of Chenzhou city on August 24, 2016 and held a symposium afterward.

The investigation team visited Yuteng Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., Donggu Ecommerce Industrial Park, and Xiangnan International Mineral Resources Exchange Center Co., Ltd. (the company which was registered by Amer Group in Chenzhou city). They studied current situation of foreign trade companies and their further development during their trip.

It was learned that due to the complicated and tough foreign trade situation, the total volume of foreign trade decreased substantially compared with last year. From this January to July, USD978million was gained by the foreign trade industry, down 39.37%, including USD606 million exportation, down 39.7%, and USD372 million importation, down 50.48%. It kept ranking the fourth place of Hunan province on the point of total foreign trade volume, and was ranked one place higher than this June on the progress of tasks.

The key foreign trade enterprises listed some problems and difficulties they faced on the financing. The officials of banking enterprises presented introduction of fiscal products and services on the conference as well. The three parties- government, bank, and enterprise- shared their ideas with each other on further cooperation in future. As required on the conference. The relative departments should work together with banking institutions and enterprises to solve the narrow-neck problems of financing and serve for local economic development; should carry out effective measures and take active actions to improve the cooperation between banking institutions and enterprises and solve the financing problems accordingly. In the meantime, the fiscal institutions should innovate more ideas and solutions to provide more capital supports to the enterprises and solve their problems. The enterprise and banking institutions should take more active actions to cooperate with each other and ensure all the loan capital to be placed on time.
