Qu Hai and Han Haibin attended relative activities

It was reported that a docking conference was held between Chenzhou city and China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. on July 15, 2016. Both two parties shared their ideas on environmental protection, new material, smart manufacturing, and etc. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended relative activities.

China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. which is one of the extra-large high-tech state owned enterprises is a leading enterprise on military, environmental protection, new material, smart manufacturing of aerospace facilities, and etc. Recently, the company took over the holding proprietary of Hunan Kaitian Environment Protection Company and planned to improve circular economic industrial park in Chenzhou city, mainly on garbage collection, urban sewage treatment, household sewage disposal, characteristic town, and other projects.

Han Haibin- Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of Hunan Aerospace Management Bureau of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. stated that Chenzhou city is with rich resources and sound location advantages, which grants it with sound industrial foundation. It will be with good expectation for the cooperation on smart manufacturing, environmental protection, new material, smart city, and other fields between China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. and Chenzhou. In the next step, the group would pay more attention on docking, investment, and settlement of project and try best to improve the project to be settled down sooner and placed to production with sound effects.

Qu Hai presented brief introduction of Chenzhou city to the guests. Qu said Chenzhou city which is on the key stage of transformation development is devoting on the study and manufacturing of non-ferrous metals, graphite, and some other new materials, improvement of environmental protection industry, circular economy, and low altitude economy, cultivation of growth engines, and establishment of new increasing pole of Hunan province. Chenzhou city keeps the concept of green development and ecology-oriented and tries best to protect the ecology and improvement of environment; keeps ideas of overall development of urban and rural areas and “two-oriented” society and tries best to improve the image of urban and rural areas and upgrade people’s living condition via the construction of beautiful village, sponge city, and smart city. All of those efforts help to provide wide space and sound opportunities for the cooperation between two parties. Qu expressed his warm greetings for China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp.’s further strategic docking and cooperation with Chenzhou city, and stated that all departments of Chenzhou city would keep providing excellent services and supports for the investors.
