Currently, Zhang Aiguo- Secretary of Party Group and Deputy Director of Chenzhou People’s Congress Standing Committee visited Guiyang County and investigated its work on agriculture & rural, treatment of rural environment, and rural people’s congress, and etc.

Zhang Aiguo visited Xihe Landscape, Ancient City of Guiyang Cultural Park, Activity Room of Longtan Street’s Representatives of People’s Congress, and some departments of Guiyang County. He shared the ideas with relative staffs and learned their working details as well. Zhang affirmed the work handled out by Guiyang County and highly appraised it set good example and presentative case for other counties reference.

On the symposium carried out afterward, Zhang Aiguo said that all departments should pay closer attention on the work of People’s Congress and Party Committee. County People’s Congress should take active actions to handle the work and all representatives should play their best roles as well. Zhang stated that supervision function is the key point for People’s Congress, while the full range checking of enforcement is the key point for supervision. The roles of People’s Congress should be enhanced further to improve regional economic development. It should help to solve the problems by following up strictly. The representatives should keep the leadership of the Party and follow the rule of law to handle relative work.
