On September 27, our city held cooperation talks with Hunan Modern Agricultural Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Modern Agriculture Group), and had in-depth exchanges on how to further strengthen cooperation between the two sides. Yi Pengfei, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Xu Wei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hunan Modern Agriculture Group, attended the forum.

Hunan Modern Agricultural Group is a large state-owned enterprise formed by integrating nine leading agricultural enterprises in Hunan Province. It plays a leading role in promoting the leap from a big agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.

Yi Pengfei said that Chenzhou City should attach great importance to the investment and development of Hunan Modern Agricultural Group in Chenzhou. This is not only a practical action to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, but also a practical need for revitalizing rural areas, promoting the development of agricultural industry and agricultural modernization in Chenzhou. The degree of agricultural industrialization in Chenzhou is not high. In order to further improve the degree of agricultural industrialization, planning and intensification, enterprises like Hunan Modern Agricultural Group are needed to invest and develop. And the state-owned enterprises into the countryside will also play a good demonstration and leading role, and actively promote the revitalization of the countryside.

Yi Pengfei pointed out that we should actively support Hunan Modern Agricultural Group to invest and develop in Chenzhou. The two sides should establish a mechanism of coordination, promotion and docking, coordinate and promote cooperation matters, and further improve services. For the investment plate and key points of Hunan Modern Agriculture Group, Chenzhou should prepare and screen the docking projects accordingly, and strengthen the construction of the reserve of cooperation projects with Hunan Modern Agriculture Group. We should try our best to ensure that the projects that have been negotiated are successfully implemented, and the projects that have been landed are smoothly promoted; should establish a green channel to ensure the "three smooth" of the projects; should firmly promote the cooperation between Hunan Modern Agricultural Group and Chenzhou, adhere to the red inheritance and green development, and create agricultural tourism and cultural tourism demonstration with the theme of red on the combination of agriculture and tourism; should strive for cooperation to achieve tangible results and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results; should rationally plan the cooperation between the two sides, clarify the key areas of cooperation, create some necessary conditions, do a good job in ensuring the elements, grasp the needs of the market, and ensure the effectiveness of the cooperation. Government platform companies can choose some projects to cooperate to achieve a win-win situation.

Xu Wei said that Chenzhou has a very good ecological environment and has unique advantages in developing modern agriculture. At the same time, he realized Chenzhou's firm determination to vigorously develop high-quality and efficient agriculture. It was hoped that the two sides could strengthen ties, make joint efforts, find the breakthrough point, drive farmers to become rich together and promote local economic development.
