On the morning of November 6, the 12th Chenzhou Real Estate Fair in 2020 opened in Chenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Ouyang Feng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Municipal Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Municipal Committee, announced the opening of the exhibition and toured the exhibition.

The Real Estate Fair will last for 4 day, which aims to fully display the city image and urban culture of "livable Chenzhou, beautiful homeland". It will eliminate the adverse effects of new crown pneumonia on the real estate and other related industries as soon as possible, and stimulate consumption of housing, automobile and other related industries, and serve the city's economic and social development.

The Fair attracted more than 20 real estate companies to participate in the exhibition, exhibiting nearly 30 real estate projects, including residential buildings, apartments, shops, office buildings, reserved land, etc. All real estate enterprises have launched such preferential activities as house purchase subsidies, interest rates floating down, and enterprises' profit sharing.

For the first time, it adopted the form of "online" + "offline" to promote offline exhibition and online cloud live broadcast to promote each exhibition property, realize online VR house viewing and online live selling, and promote online transaction of exhibition real estate.
