On April 20, the reporter learned from Chenzhou central sub branch of the People's Bank of China that recently, at the publicity and promotion meeting of foreign exchange management facilitation policy of financial enabling Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone of Hunan Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, three enterprises in our city were successfully chosen into the "white list enterprises of cross border trade foreign exchange revenue and expenditure facilitation in China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone".

At the promotion meeting, the foreign exchange market self-discipline mechanism of Hunan Province released the first batch of 20 "white list enterprises of cross border trade foreign exchange revenue and expenditure facilitation in China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone". In Chenzhou Area of Hunan Free Trade Zone, three enterprises including Hunan Gread-Pro Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Changhong Grand-Pro Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan GiantSun Power Electronics Co., Ltd. were chosen.

It was understood that the three enterprises can simplify the examination of corresponding documents in designated foreign exchange banks to complete the rapid collection and payment of foreign exchange business, realize the transformation from on-site document examination to customer due diligence, from document form examination to transaction essence examination, greatly improve the facilitation level of cross-border trade settlement, and embody the foreign exchange management orientation of "the more honest and the more convenient, the more compliant and the more independent".
