On April 25, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued the notice on announcing the re evaluation of provincial business incubator bases in 2020 and the evaluation and identification results of the fifth batch of provincial business incubator bases, including Chenzhou Louyou Association Business Incubator Base, Chenzhou Suxian Wanyuan Home Business Incubator Base Chenzhou Chenchuang Space Business Incubation Base. The three municipal business incubation bases were chosen as the fifth batch of provincial business incubation bases in our province, and were rated as excellent.

The Municipal Human and Social Affairs Department has attached great importance to entrepreneurship and employment, and adopted the four integrated entrepreneurship support policies of "entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship incubation, entrepreneurship loan and entrepreneurship subsidy" for the enterprises to strengthen the construction of incubation bases. The business incubation bases at all levels have taken the opportunity of "evaluation and identification of provincial incubation bases" to continuously improve the incubation ability and service level, provide high-quality entrepreneurship services for the resident entities, and give full play to their positive role in promoting entrepreneurship and stable employment.

It was reported that there are 15 incubation bases at or above the municipal level in our city, including one national entrepreneurship incubation base and 8 provincial-level incubation bases. According to statistics, 1595 entrepreneurial entities have been incubated, 879 have been successfully incubated, and 36237 have been employed.
