Artists created their works on site

From May 24, “refulgence again, art exhibition” will be held on the art hall of Tingtai Hotel. More than 40 excellent paintings and calligraphies drawn by famous artists were showed in this exhibition, which provided an art feast to the fans.

Most of the exhibition works are calligraphies created by members of Chinese Calligraphers Association and Chinese Artists Association. And this exhibition was held by Chenzhou Calligraphers Association, Art Creation Center, and Street Office of Renmin Road with the aim of promoting "arts to the grassroots, and culture to the communities".

The works on show are not only with Chenzhou local characteristics but also with the unique flavor of modern times. “Balcony in mist” created by the member of Chinese Artists Association, was shaped with Sanjue monument of Suxianling, displaying Chenzhou's unique cultural symbol.

In the exhibition, artists had an agreeable conversation and learned a lot from each other; some of them even create the works on site. It was reported that the exhibition would last till May 31, 2012, and all the citizens could visit it for free. Secretary of Chenzhou NPPCC Party Group and former President of Chenzhou NPPCC- Liu Guangming took a visit to this exhibition as well.
