Staffs were working hard on shooting mineral crystals in the Eastern China Mineral Crystal Museum

Recently, a professional crew of column“Around China” of CCTV 4 was dispatched to shoot the special edition for mineral crystals in Chenzhou city.
According to the one-week shooting plan, the crew will visit Zixing, Linwu, Rucheng and other counties of Chenzhou city to discover how the mineral crystal formed. At the meantime, unique local features of Chenzhou city’s environment and rich mineral resources will be shown to the audience.

Chenzhou city locates in south Hunan where is adjacent to the north Guangdong province. Because of the special geologic structure, mineral crystals and stones are rich in Chenzhou city. As the “city of nonferrous metals”, “museum of nonferrous metals” and “city of China decoration stones & mineral crystals”, the mineral crystal industries were improved rapidly in Chenzhou city. Millions of taxes were paid for taxes and dues by mineral industry which highlighted Chenzhou city’s resource advantage and was expected to be with a broad development prospect.
