It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office that a TV documentary program entitled with“Buddhist Relics of the Earth” was broadcasted on “Travel around China”CCTV 4 on May 27, 2013. This documentary was mainly for the introduction of featured geographical landscape and abundant crystal mineral resources in Chenzhou city.

It was introduced that“Travel around China” was a documentary column of CCTV 4 for introducing the social and cultural geography to public. In this March, a team of camera crew of this column was dispatched to Chenzhou city to record the crystal mineral collections of Chenzhou city.

In order to promote the propaganda of Chenzhou city with such kind of program, more support and assistance were handled out by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government, and also local governments and the collectors of crystal minerals. Besides this mineral stones show, more documentaries about Chenzhou brands, folk customs, culture, etc.. would be taken by the column of “Travel around China” which would help to upgrade Chenzhou image and popularity.
