The key point concerned for the improvement of the scheduling of “three key points” is helping to solve the problems for the projects. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress carried out the scheduling of the 2nd phase of Xinyuan Mine project. Yi stated that all relative departments should perform their responsibilities to solve the problems and ensure it to be promoted efficiently.
Hunan Xinyuan Mine Co., Ltd. is a holding company of Sinochem Lantian Group as well as the upstream company of Hongyuan Chemical of the group. Currently, the tailing pond and discharge field are full. Though the tailing pond was improved with better capacity, it can only be capable to serve till the end of 2018. According to the plan, the mine should be kept used for over 30 years. Now, the projects of 2nd phase are being carried out rapidly.
The principals of enterprises listed their problems on lands, forestry, rechannel of S324 road, land acquisition and tenancy, preparatory work, and etc. on the conference. Yi learned all details carefully and worked together with the principals to figure out some solutions. He designated the work to relative departments and specified the time schedule.
Yi said all the scheduling work should be carried out within limited time and solved efficiently; all work should be followed specified targets; and the supervision work should be enhanced as well.
Yi said the preparatory work should be improved beforehand; relative departments of Yizhang County and Rucheng County should work together to solve the problems and grant the investors with sound development condition; and enterprises should undertake the social responsibility to handle the work safely, protect local environment, and finish projects sooner.
