This industrial park is one of the mineral gem industrial park projects which jointly introduced by Chenzhou High-tech Zone and Zhengwei Group, expecting to invest 1 billion yuan. This project is divided into two parts. One is the jewelry processing, display and sales, including gemstones and jade processing, arts and crafts display, and storage sales (museum); another is the quantum industry project and relies on high-tech quantum industry, Internet and digital financial operations to innovate and develop the quantum technology industry, health and pension industry, agriculture and eco-tourism industry and so on. Because of strengthening the investment attraction in the park, the project only took a month and a half from initial talks to investment presence. There are 3 similar jewelry companies in the park and more than 10 companies will enter in the park.

It was understood that Chenzhou mineral gem industrial park project is the key provincial project, but also an important project of mineral gemstone industry construction in our city. According to the latest plan, Mineral gemstone Industry Park will be based on mineral gemstone industry as the theme, to build a collection of minerals, precious stones processing, display, trading, science, culture, tourism and other features of the town. The project is to be located in Shizhuyuan Industrial and Mining Area (including the built Stone Park), covering an area of about 4 square kilometers, planning and construction of mineral jewelry processing park, mineral gem trading center, mining creative and financial services center, Stone Park, Crystal Town Community, ecological green heart, theme park and other seven functional areas. The project has a total investment of 20 billion yuan and plans to use 5 to 8 years to construct by stages relying on rich mineral resources, CMGS and other advantages. The core area will be constructed in the first phase, including mineral jewelry processing park, mineral gemstone trading center and so on. At present, Chenzhou mineral gem industrial park project has been officially launched and the relevant planning, design, land, investment and all work are in full swing.

At the same time, Chenzhou High-tech Zone will immediately start the mineral gem industry park project leading group, working group formation work, design team invitation, investment and other work in an orderly manner.
