According to November 3, our city held a dispatching meeting on the optimization and improvement of the first level index of business environment assessment "obtaining credit".
At the meeting, the units responsible for the indicators reported on the implementation of the optimization indicators, analyzed the problems existing in the current work, and put forward opinions and suggestions.
Since this year, in order to optimize the business environment and effectively strengthen the construction of credit system, our city has issued the notice on establishing a long-term working mechanism for Chenzhou City to optimize business environment indicators. Among them, the business environment assessment indicators (the first batch) are divided into 10 first-class indicators and 42 second-class indicators, including enterprise start-up, access to electricity, access to water and gas, registered property, cross-border trade, access to credit, contract implementation, government services, building permit, tax payment, etc.
The meeting pointed out that we should deeply understand the importance and urgency of optimizing the business environment, implement the regulations on optimizing the business environment, truly benefit enterprises and people, fully stimulate the vitality of market entities, and serve the city's "six stability" and "six guarantees" work; we should strive to solve the pain points and difficulties affecting the "obtaining credit" indicators, highlight the key points, implement targeted policies, and grasp the legal order and credit to ensure the detailed implementation of various work. The relevant departments and units should further implement responsibilities, strengthen coordination and strengthen supervision.
Liang Chenggu, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Municipal Committee, Vice Mayor, and Director of the "obtaining credit" indicator of business environment assessment, attended the meeting.
