It was learned from Chenzhou Tourism Bureau that the former site of "Three Disciplines and Six Attentions", former residence of Huang Kecheng and Southern Hunan Uprising headquarter site were listed into Hunan provincial key red tour areas.

Hunan province will greatly boost the construction of key red tour projects in 2012, among which 23 are national classical red tour scenes and 37 provincial key tour areas. Hunan province will develop some high quality travel lines with the characteristics of city leisure life, historical cultures and zoological customs.

To seize the chance of Hunan province policy to improve red tour, Chenzhou launched the concept of creating red tour "Golden Gallery", which was with the layout plan as "one center, three key sceneries, four top travel lines, and seven travel sections".
