Recently, thousands mu peach flowers of Peach Island of Bailang, ring road of lake and some other places of Dongjiang lake, Zixing city blossomed beautifully and attracted a large number of visitors to enjoy the flowers there. According to the statistics, from March 12, 2015, over ten thousands of travelers came to Bailang. Many private cars were parked in Bailang port and ring road of lake.

Dongjiang Lake landscape is “national demonstration area of ecological tourism”. Now its establishment work on national 5A landscape was on the final stage. From 2013, China Dongjiang Lake (Bailang) Peach Festival were held in Chenzhou city for two consecutive years, which further helped to popularize the fame of tourism of Dongjiang Lake and improve the development of local tourism economy.

The third China Dongjiang Lake (Bailang) Peach Festival would be opened on March 22, 2015. It was introduced that some excellent activities as TV figures show, alpaca show, push-and-pull contest, premiere of local film “Return to Peach Island”, photography contest, forum on works of Baiwei, and etc. would be held on the festival.
