Recently, in the 2017 National Tourism Investment and Financing Conference, the National Tourism Administration, National Development Bank and other 12 financial institutions jointly issued the "2017 National Preferred Tourism Project List". Chenzhou Xianling Hot Spring Cultural Industry Park and Chenzhou Scroll Project in Suxian District were selected.

The national preferred tourism projects were selected by the experts from National Tourism Administration, National Development Bank and other 12 banks. Based on the project maturity, operating conditions, market prospects, and demonstration and leading role, 680 tourism projects were selected this year and 28 tourism projects in our province were selected.

Xianling Hot Spring Culture Industrial Park is located in Shigaitang Street, Beihu District, with a total land area of 9.02 sq.km. The project takes hot spring and its additional products as the main body, takes developing the large-scale theme recreational leisure hot spring as the direction, takes building the brand of Chenzhou "Hot Spring City" as the goal, and integrates the natural ecological environment and exotic atmosphere to construct a large-scale theme hot spring cultural park with health, fitness, leisure, entertainment, sightseeing and business meeting.

Chenzhou Scroll Project is located in the Guanshandong Village, Guanshandong Street Office, Suxian District. It consists of Lin Yi Xiandu historical and cultural blocks， Xiangnan ecological and geological science education theme tourism area, and the Hunan village beautiful countryside demonstration area, the total land area of 920 mu, the construction area of 546 mu and the construction period of 8 years. At present, the project construction is relatively smooth and has got the construction land approval of 290 mu from the Provincial Land and Resources Department, an investment of 217 million yuan.
