It was learned from relative departments that some adjustments were placed for two public bus lines: Line 2 and Line 20, which would be implemented from March 31, 2014. Concerned for Line 20, there is no stop in Wenxing road. Concerned for Line 2, from Chongkou road to Paper Factory, it will change to stop in Wenhua road, Beihu road and Jiefang road, while no stop in Guoqing south road and Guoqing north road.

According to the notice issued by Chenzhou Public Bus Group, frequent traffic jams happened in Wenxing road for its narrow road surface, which caused some potential safety risks for the people waiting for Line 20 public bus there. The reason for the adjustment of Line 2 was for easing the traffic pressure of Guoqing south road, which can help to decrease the public bus line overlap factor of Guoqing road and plan the public bus network more scientifically.
