When reporters arrived at the construction site of Sidu-Bamianshan road of Guidong county, many workers were busy in operating the machines and constructing the road. It was introduced by the principal of the construction site, Guidong county placed great efforts on the promotion of projects construction after the TV review & 150-day labor contest conference for transportation upgrading which was held on this July 13.

From the beginning of 2015, all the projects for the transportation upgrading were actively promoted in Chenzhou city. 4.145billion yuan investments have been finished in the first 8 months, which was little higher than last year of 4.122billion yuan. 38million yuan of them was for expressway, 850million yuan was for highways, 220million yuan was for rural roads, 540million yuan was for channel greening, 52.566million yuan was for lighting up projects, 618million yuan was for the reconstruction of dangerous bridges, ferries, stations, security, logistics, post offices, and etc., 58.27million yuan was for treatment of overloading, 18.59million yuan was for the repair of highways and civilized example roads, 52.566million yuan was for waterway projects, 120million yuan was for public bus stations and information construction, and 1.572billion yuan was for unplanned transportation projects. According to the data, balance attention was placed on both construction and management, and the investment for management was kept increasing and the investment on regional transportation construction was kept hot construction condition as well.

It was the first year for the great upgrading of transportation that both the tasks set for construction and management were very heavy. All projects owners and construction units implemented “5-increase” measure to handle the construction scientifically and efficiently and ensure all the tasks to be fulfilled on time. After the TV review & 150-day labor contest conference for transportation upgrading, all counties and districts figured out their plans for labor contest and their leaders were dispatched to the front line of the projects to check the work and help to solve the problems at the first time.

Concerned for the continuous construction projects of arterial highways, Guiyang section of Guigao highway, ring road of Yizhang G107, and other 5 projects were being proceeded to the pavement stage, while Suxian section of Qingjieshan highway from Zixing to Yongxing and industrial park section (Zuxi road) of Chenzhou-Zixing line were being proceeded to the construction the roadbed. Concerned for the new highways projects for “12th 5-year plan”, 7 projects as Huatang-Baohe highway of S212 of Beihu district have been launched, while 8 projects as Bailutang-Dakui highway of S207 of Suxian district were busy for the preliminary work. Concerned for the rural roads, 180.8kms have been finished which was 92.6% of annual task. Concerned for the integration of urban-rural passenger transportation, 3 transportation hub as Gaobi, Suoshiqiao, Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed train have been started, and 5 public stations as Sipuzhuang, Qichedong, Wangxianling, Huaishuxia and Yashiping were on the preliminary preparation stage.
