It was learned from the working conference of Chenzhou public traffic management that over 1.1million cases of traffic violation were settled by Chenzhou city in 2015, up 38%. 179 reported traffic accidents caused 68 deaths, 238 injuries, and 0.94million yuan direct economic loss, down 25.1%, 9.33%, 18.77%, and up 10.44% respectively. No accident caused 5 deaths.

In 2015, 0.124 million vehicles were inspected by Chenzhou city and smart driving test system was finished, which enabled to cover all test sites into the monitoring system. About 0.1million people attended the first course test, up 6.8%; over 0.14million people took the second course test, up 23.4%; and over 0.136million people finished the third course test, up 38.6%. 86,726 people were qualified with driver license.

Currently, there are 0.68million vehicles available in Chenzhou city and 0.61million people were with qualified driver licenses. 627 places where were used to be with more accidents, 503 passenger transportation enterprises, and more than 9800 vehicles were checked by Chenzhou city with special attention. At the meantime, 580 drivers were interviewed by relative departments. It also urged the owners of yellow-mark and aged vehicles which should be eliminated before the end of 2017 to settle the abandonment procedures. Currently, 16,470 vehicles have been eliminated.
