It was required on the working conference of transportation & overloading control

It was reported the working conference of transportation and overloading control was held in Chenzhou City recently. On the conference, Liu Zhiren- Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City required that all departments should follow the principal of serving for people to improve the condition of transportation and accelerate the development of integrated transportation hub system.

It is a crucial year for the development of transportation projects of Chenzhou City that over 7.5billon yuan investments was planned to be finished on aviation, railway, expressway, arterial highway, waterway, and etc. In the meantime, overloading control work would be carried out in this year, which was target on controlling the overloading rate under 0.1%, ranking top place of Hunan Province.

Liu Zhiren stated that the transportation departments of Chenzhou City took active actions on improving the construction of modern integrated transportation system and contributed greatly on improving social and economic development of Chenzhou City. Under the New Normal of economic development, all departments should seize the chance to play the best roles of transportation development; should try best to transfer the advantages on location, transportation, and resources to be advantages on development, industry, and economy; should well comprehend central government’s interpretation on development of transportation and improve it accordingly; should understand the demands of important strategies on transportation and expand it; and should study the new changes of transportation work and improve it.

Liu Zhiren required that relative departments should take active actions to improve the development of integrated transportation hub system; should follow the principal of deepening structural reform on supply front and serving for people to promote the transportation; should improve the project construction, infrastructure, and management; should pay closer attention on maintenance and upgrading of regulations of transportation; should improve the development of informatization, especially on the smart green transportation, energy saving, greening projects, and etc.

Liu emphasized that relative responsibility system should be implemented to enhance the executive force of transformation. All departments should work together and coordinate with each other to improve the transportation work.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou City as Shou Jianzhong, He Zunqing, and Chen Fangmin attended the conference.
