It was reported that an inaugurating ceremony for Hunan Provincial Literary Creation Demonstration Base was held on Wangxianling Landscape of Chenzhou city on November 18, 2015. Wang Yuewen- Vice Chairman of Hunan Literary Federation, Full-time Vice Chairman of Hunan Writers Association, and Secretary-general attended the ceremony and unveiled the plague. Wangxianling Landscape became the first literary creation demonstration base of Hunan province. 

Wang Yuewen opened a forum on the conference hall of Wangxianling Landscape at that day. He shared his ideas on the creation of novels by introducing “A dream in Red Mansions” from different angles. Some representatives of writers and poets of Chenzhou city, people from all walks of life, and students of Xiangnan Institute attended the forum.
