On March 20, the folklore experts and scholars all over the country gathered in Anren, kept finding the spiritual core of the "Ganfenshe", and gave advices for Anren "Ganfenshe" protection work.

"Ganfenshe" is the grand and traditional festival cultural activities held by Anren people at the annual Lunar Spring Equinox Day to sacrifice to the god and pray for good harvest. On November 30, 2016, Anren "Ganfenshe" as one of the 24 solar terms expansion projects, was enrolled into the human intangible cultural heritage representative work of United Nations Educational Scientific and Culture Organization (UNESCO).

In recent years, Anren County has perfected the organization and protection agencies, strengthened the legal protection and data compilation, and increased the restoration efforts and declaration protection of traditional folk culture. After getting the scientific heritage and protection, "Ganfenshe" became to the largest, the most original and the most distinctive cultural highlights in Anren County.

Liu Delong, Vice President of the Chinese Folklore Society, said at the forum that Anren County is with profound humanities, folk custom culture, and dazzling intangible cultural heritages. Liu suggested doing a good job on the exchanges and interaction between Anren folk culture and other local folk culture, and taking the "Ganfenshe" as the major project of province and city to protect and develop.

The experts and scholars also suggested that Anren County should perfect the gold brand of "Ganfenshe", find good things of "Ganfenshe", talk about the local folk tales, build professional team, and make influence, to promote local economic and social development.
