On March 30, the Ministry of Agriculture held the promotion and implementation meeting of national fruit vegetable tea organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer in Yizhang County, to implement the central government's deployment on promoting the development of green agriculture, summarize and exchange of the practical experience of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer, and arrange the deployment work of fruit vegetable tea organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer.

The representatives from Beijing, Shanghai and other 25 provinces and cities visited the Yizhang navel orange demonstration garden, black tea industry demonstration garden, and Xiaoxia Street "fruit - marsh - pig" ecological demonstration park. In the implementation meeting, the responsible person of Agriculture Department (Commission) from Hunan, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shandong, Sichuan and Shanxi Province made speeches. Subsequently, the relevant experts from China Agricultural University, Huazhong Agricultural University and South China Agricultural University made the lectures on the application of organic fertilizer, horticultural crop production and ecological agriculture development.

Zeng Yande, Director of Ministry of Agriculture Plant Management Division, required that all parts should recognize the organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer is the urgent need to promote the agricultural efficiency and improve the agricultural environment, and should accurately grasp the situation to promote the organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer with a high degree of consciousness; should focus on the key parts and accurately grasp the connotation and requirements of "replacement", highlight the focus, and push forward, to achieve the practical results on promoting organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer with realistic attitude; should implement the leadership responsibility at all levels, clear the main responsibility of project, accelerate the funds disbursement, increase the resources integration and strengthen technical training and guidance, to promoting the implementation of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer in a pragmatic style.
