In order to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti Fascist War, Guiyang County launched the red education activities of "inheriting the red gene and striving to be the new man of the times" on September 2.

The young pioneers came to the Martyr Cemetery Monument to the People's Heroes of Guiyang County to observe their silence, salute, listen to the deeds of the heroes, and deeply feel the spirit of their ancestors' heroic struggle, fearless sacrifice and selfless dedication, and then boarded the base of the monument to offer flowers in turn. Then, the young pioneers held a theme class meeting to explain the glorious course of the Chinese people's heroic struggle against the invaders 75 years ago, introduced the origin of the victory anniversary of the Anti Japanese War, and organized everyone to watch the Anti Japanese War films. The young pioneers also expressed their patriotic feelings and respect for the Anti Japanese heroes by reciting, singing the group songs and giving speeches.

"Our martyrs are great people. They shed their heads and blood to have our present life. The teachers once told us that our red scarf was dyed with the blood of martyrs. We should study hard and serve the motherland in the future. " Student Li Xin said.
