Artists send spring couplets to citizens

A cultural and artistic event about Spring Festival couplets was held at the Fudi Square in Suxian District of Chenzhou City on January 7. Nearly a hundred literary and artistic artists wrote Spring Festival couplets, painted New Year paintings, make paper-cuts for window decoration, and gave performance, sending the New Year blessings to citizens in advance.
The event aimed to promote the artistic charm of spring couplets and calligraphy by creating, writing, and giving spring couplets, and help the people strengthen their confidence in Chinese culture.
Next, the Chenzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles will carry out distinctive cultural and artistic activities in government agencies, enterprises, communities, rural areas, military camps, and new era civilization practice stations, to promote the excellent traditional culture of China.
