Recently, 74 students and teachers from Macau’s major institutions were followed with Macau Teachers Voluntary Association to carry out loving care activities in Chenzhou. Macau Teachers Voluntary Association is a non government organization with the theme of being united and patriotic to carry out long-term rural area voluntary teaching activities in China mainland. With this activity, students and teachers from Macau can be more aware of the real basic education condition of mainland and learn more details of students’ real living condition in the poverty-stricken area. This year, the association confirmed the schedule to Chenzhou city to handle some loving care activities there, such as voluntary teaching in some rural area, visit of some poor families, clothes and infant milk powders donations to welfare houses, interaction with the orphans and disabled children, etc.
