It was learned from the “notice of pension adjustment for enterprise retires in 2013” released by Hunan Human Resources and Social Security Department and Hunan Finance Ministry that new pension standard should be followed to issue basic pensions for the enterprise retires who have been retired before December 31, 2012. According to the notice, 95yuan more should be issued to ordinary retires and 150yuan more should be granted to the stevedore damage retires.

On the basis of above mentioned policy, retires who were 70-79 years old and older than 80 years should be added 50yuan and 60yuan separately.

In addition, more favorable policies were granted for staffs who obtained the title of senior professional post, senior political divisions and senior technicians on job. 300yuan and 280yuan more would be issued to them accordingly.

According to the data, the average monthly pension per capital in Chenzhou city was increased from 576yuan in 2005 to 1600yuan in 2013, up 177.8% within 9 years.
