It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Civilization Office that with the support of central and Hunan provincial special lottery funds, 37 rural school children’s palaces project was approved recently and could be started within this year. Once finished, more rural students could enjoy more colorful cultural lives after school.

It was introduced that 11 palaces were funded with central special public welfare fund of lottery and other 26 were with provincial funds. Most of the middle schools of Chenzhou city were covered within this project which was with larger scale and more numbers than last year.

According to the record, the rural school children’s palace project was started from 2011. Till now 35 palaces have been established in the rural schools of Chenzhou city and have been opened to the children. In the palace, children could take different activities as art, sport, technology, etc..

As confirmed by the principal of Chenzhou Municipal Civilization Office that the project would be carried out exactly with the specified requirement of upper level department. All the purchasing of machines, construction of instructors, arrangement of activities, and etc. would be regulated well to make sure all the rural children could be benefited from the establishment of the palaces.
