0.4 million yuan serious illness funds were issued to 100 exceptional poverty workers in Chenzhou city on July 5, 2013, 4000yuan of each. The recipients expressed their sincere thanks to the government and loving people.

This serious illness funds project was launched in 2012 by Chenzhou Charity Federation, Chenzhou Federation of Trade Unions and Chenzhou supporting center for exceptional poverty worker. 0.3 million yuan and 0.1 million yuan were donated by Chenzhou Charity Federation and Chenzhou Federation of Trade Unions separately, which were more than last year. Thanks for their help, each of the exceptional poverty workers were granted with 4000 yuan, which was 1000 yuan more than 2012.

All the recipients were qualified by strict process to make sure all of them were the knee ones who were really in need of this donation.

Some municipal leaders and President of Chenzhou Charity Federation- Yi Peikang were present at the ceremony.
