It was reported that 192 teachers and students of Yizhang county would be subsidized with 0.888 million yuan central special public welfare fund from lottery. All the candidates were qualified with the specified publicity procedure without objection from the public.

It was introduced that some theme aid-plans funded by central special public welfare fund from lottery were handled out by China Education Development Foundation. These plans were entrusted by the State Ministry of Finance. The poverty stricken senior school students and poverty stricken teachers of middle school, primary school and kindergartens were benefited with different amount of funds. On the receipt of the notice from relative departments of Hunan province and Chenzhou city, Yizhang Education Bureau followed the procedures to carry out relative submission work and confirmed 192 candidates. Publicity work was carried out afterward accordingly. It was introduced that all the funds would be issued to the individuals in person from YiZhang County Student Financial Assistance Management Centre.
