It was reported that a signing ceremony for part of 2013 charity relief projects was held on November 15, 2013 in Chenzhou Charity Federation. 6 units of Chenzhou city signed the letters of intent with the federation. It was the third consecutive year for Chenzhou city to handle such charity activity.
