It was reported that 450,000yuan funds for the construction of road was delivered to Dongshan village of Rucheng county from Guangdong Dongchu Construction Co., Ltd. “We will supervise the utilization of the funds together with Chenzhou Charity Federation to ensure it will be used for further improving the village’s transportation condition.”

Dongshan village’s transportation condition has been improved greatly after Xiarong expressway being placed to operation. But some of the groups which are near S324 are suffered from “black light”. “It is just about 800m from our group to S324, but because the poor transportation condition, the agricultural products can only be sold with lower price,” said Zhu Yunshu- Chief of Chaotoubei group of the village.

Due to the restriction of transportation, local agricultural products can’t be popularized further, and external investors are reluctant to place investments there, so that local villagers are afraid to expand production.

In last September, followed the instruction of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government, a hot wave of poverty alleviation swept the whole city.

Guangdong Dongchu Construction Co., Ltd. which has long term cooperation with Chenzhou city took active actions to contribute their efforts on supporting the work. After visiting Dongshan village, Huang Chusheng and Yao Zhihua- Director and Executive Deputy General Manager of the company decided to help the village to build a road.

It was introduced that the road is about 8kms long and total investments is 5million yuan, including the greening work. Guangdong Dongchu Construction Co., Ltd. planned to place the first part of investments of 450,000yuan for the construction of Shangshan group’s road before 2016 Spring Festival, and the other two roads which are about 6.5kms long will be entrusted to professional institutes.

“Once the road is ready, we would never worry about the marketing,” gladly said Xu Shuangquan- Secretary of Dongshan Village Party Branch. He also introduced to the reporters that they are planning to expand the plantation of crystal pear and ginger. “All three groups as Shangshan, Chushanwei, and Chaotoubei will fight for increasing the plantation areas two times of before.”

“It is our social responsibility. We will try our best to finish the road sooner,” stated by Yao Zhihua.
