It was learned from Linwu County that the county kept placing more investments on well-being projects from last year. Till now, 1.86billion financial budgets have been finished on well-being projects, accounting for 81% of the public financial budgets, up 7.2%.

In order to upgrade the supports on well-being field, Linwu County tried to transfer 1.48 billion yuan with the consent of upper level government. 160million yuan was placed on infrastructures and development of industrial parks, which was aimed to increase the financial income. Furthermore, the county handled out deepen reform and enhanced the supervision to upgrade the efficiency of utilization of capitals.
