On April 25, the 6th conference of the 3rd presidium of the CDPF and 2017 city CDPF working conference were held in Chenzhou. The conferences comprehensively reviewed and summarized the work in 2016 and deployed the work in 2017. Municipal Standing Committee and Deputy Mayor Pang Tao attended the conferences.

The conference voted to adopt the personnel adjustment and the work report of executive council, announced the resolution on the adjustment of chairman and committee members of the 3rd presidium of CDPF and the executive director of the 3rd executive council, and added Pang Tao as the committee member and chairman of the 3rd presidium of CDPF.

The conference pointed out that in the past year, our city has put the work of helping the disabled into the important agenda, and actively supported and promoted the career development of the disabled. Our city in the province has took the lead in the implementation of government buying the disabled support services and the construction of new disabled employment training mechanism, and actively encouraged and drove the employment of disabled persons. Our city's "two subsidies" policy has been implemented in place and 42 million yuan relief funds has been issued for 70,000 disabled people.

The conference stressed that we should improve the political station, deepen the ideological understanding, and constantly enhance the responsibility of the disabled under the new situation. Should clear the objectives and tasks, highlight the focus of work, and make great efforts to shorten the overall process of realizing the well-off of the disabled. Should strengthen the leadership mechanism, gather all parties together to promote the career of the disabled to a new level and make new and greater contributions to achieve a comprehensive well-off goal for the disabled.
