On August 18, Tencent "9 · 9" charity project promotion meeting and "9 · 9" public service operation training was held in the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau.

The "9 · 9" public day activities is an annual public welfare event sponsored by Tencent, the Public Welfare Association, hundreds of public organizations, well-known enterprises, stars, celebrities, and top creative communication organizations. The event began in September 2015 and has been in existence for three years. From September 7th to 9th each year, the Tencent Foundation allocated 1:1 for all public welfare projects raised at the Tencent public welfare platform, that is net friends donate 1 yuan each, Tencent Foundation will donate 1 yuan.

At present, the City Charity Federation has identified caring for children with leukemia, military families of two bombs and one satellite, uremic patients, single parent workers and other 23 caring projects landing Tencent charity platform for public fundraising.
