It was understood that this event sponsored by the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department and Municipal Bureau of Culture Press Publication, was an important part of Chenzhou Sunshine Entertainment Festival viewing activities in 2017. The activities were guided by the indicator spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on "caring for the disadvantaged groups" to offer love and warmth for disadvantaged groups, and improve their happiness index.

According to He Baifang, Secretary General of City Film Distribution and Projection Association introduced that the activities are aimed at people who have no chance to enter the cinema because of economic and physical reasons, including low-income families, orphans, elderly, left-behind children etc. This free viewing activity was special for the disabled person. In the future, we will organize two viewing activities for disadvantaged groups in Suxian and Beihu Districts in the middle of each month, showing the "Wolf Warriors Ⅱ", "The Founding of An Army", "Hundred Group Battle", "Ballet in the Flames of War" and other excellent domestic films and plan to gradually promote the activities to the city.
