December 5th is the International Volunteer Day to further promote the concept of volunteer service of "dedication, friendship, mutual and progress" and attract more people to participate in volunteer service activities. On December 3rd, Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau, City River Chief System Office and Lei Feng's Home in Chenzhou jointly carried out the launching ceremony of the volunteer service for the "river and lake guardians". The guardians signed and carried out the cruise activities of cleaning the river wrecker to protect the water resources.
