Recently, the first online professional welder training class in Guiyang County was opened. More than 50 students from poor families, including Chen Huaping, were learning online through mobile phones.

"The online training content is very rich, from the welder's type of work, basic operation to operation principle, it is very detailed. We can read and learn as we see it. It's very convenient for us to read and learn what we don't understand." Chen Huaping said that although he has more than 10 years of welder experience, but through online learning to understand that there are many irregularities in daily operation, learning is still very fruitful.

Zeng Xiaobin, Director of Guiyang County employment service center, introduced that the training course was based on the "Chenzhou vocational training" online training institution recommended by Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security as the platform, and set up 42 online theoretical professional courses and 9 antenna practice courses. Taking the way of online and offline combination, the trainees can go to school online and carry out practical training offline. The Human Resources and Social Security Department of the County will supervise the whole training process, check and verify the online and offline teaching situation synchronously, so as to ensure that the training hours are in place and the training quality is not reduced.

"Next, we will carry out online vocational skills training as a normal work. From domestic service, mechanical processing, agricultural technology and other hot areas, the targeted training for related types of work will be carried out to improve the level of vocational skills of the labor force. " Zeng Xiaobin said.

After the training, the trainees who pass the vocational skill appraisal examination will be issued with corresponding professional qualification certificates. In addition, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of the County will connect with the students who have the employment intention, and accurately transport the labor force to the nearest Industrial Park of the county for employment.
