Theme Propaganda Activities of Financial Knowledge into Campus Carried out

Recently, the Chenzhou Branch of the People's Bank of China, Chenzhou Branch of the Bank Insurance Regulatory Bureau and Chenzhou City Network Information Office organized 14 banking financial institutions, insurance and securities companies to carry out the theme propaganda activities of "Financial Knowledge into the Campus, Striving to be a Good Financial Netizen" in Xiangnan University.

On the scene of the activities, dozens of slogans with the contents of "rational investment, being a good youth who knows and abides by the law" and "keep the money bag and protect the happy family" are particularly eye-catching. The staff of banks, insurance companies and securities companies introduced to teachers and students financial common sense such as payment security, bank card use, credit information knowledge, deposit insurance, counterfeit currency identification, network financial security, anti money laundering and prevention of Telecom fraud, etc. by placing propaganda display shelves, issuing financial knowledge leaflets and on-site answers, so as to advocate rational consumption, guard against investment traps, and call for preventing and resisting illegal financial activities such as illegal fund-raising.

"College students are lack of social experience, less contact with financial knowledge, and weak awareness of financial risks. Publicity activities can help college students learn and understand financial knowledge and stay away from financial trap. " Xia Changcheng, Director of the Security Office of Xiangnan University, said that the event further enhanced the students' awareness of financial pitfalls and their ability to identify financial traps, and effectively met the students' demand for financial knowledge.

Through banners, electronic screens and other media, the popularization rate of financial knowledge of the masses can be effectively improved.

 

More than 800 college students came for consultation and more than 15000 leaflets were distributed.
