On December 30, 2020, Hunan Disabled People's Rehabilitation and Assistive Devices Service Skills Competition jointly sponsored by Hunan Disabled People's Federation, Hunan Human Resources and Social Security Department and Hunan Federation of Trade Unions was closed in Changsha City. Six contestants from Chenzhou stood out and won three first prizes, one second prize and two third prizes.

The competition consists of three professional events: rehabilitation technician, rehabilitation assistant technology consultant and health care professional. This competition is the only provincial skill competition in the country after the Ministry of human resources and social security of the People's Republic of China has included assistive equipment consulting, rehabilitation technicians and health care teachers into the professional types of work in August 2020. It aims to build a platform for the growth of rehabilitation and assistive equipment service talents for the disabled. Through mutual reference, strengthening exchanges and comprehensive summary, it can achieve the goal of "promoting learning by competition, promoting reform by competition and promoting construction by competition". In order to further enhance the sense of access, security and happiness of disabled friends, we should improve the level of rehabilitation professional skills in the whole province under the new situation, and strengthen the construction of high-quality talent team in the new era. 

After the theoretical examination, practical operation and fierce competition in the preliminary and final, six contestants in Chenzhou stood out of the competition. Among them, Cao Jibao and Song Tongwang, the rehabilitation technicians of the First People's Hospital of the city, won the first prize of the industry group of rehabilitation technicians; Cao Jibao was awarded the "May 1st Labor Medal of Hunan Province" by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Lu Jinbiao, the rehabilitation technician of the First People's Hospital of the city, Cao Libin and Wang Min of the Xinyi Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled, respectively won the first, second and third prizes of the industry group of rehabilitation assistant technology consultants; Lu Jinbiao was awarded "Technical Expert of Hunan Province" by Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hunan Province; Huang Yujiao, a nurse of the Municipal First People's Hospital, won the third prize of the health care professional group.
