Luo Xinfei, born in Jiahe County, Chenzhou, dropped out of school because of poverty when he was young. He went to Guangdong alone to work in the renewable resource recovery and transportation.

 

In 2013, he began to engage in energy trading. Though working outside for more than 10 years, Luo is still concerned about his hometown. 

 

This time when he was back to his long-lost hometown, he saw the local government’s efforts to seek development for the city and happiness for the people. This made Luo determined to return back and build his hometown. He donated 200 million yuan to Chenzhou and decided to make an investment. 

 

Wu Jupei said that Chenzhou is facing the best opportunity for its development. It’s the common mission of all Chenzhou people to contribute to Chenzhou’s construction and development. We will always welcome every native of Chenzhou to return back for its development. It’s hoped that the cooperation project can be determined after in-depth negotiation and cooperation, and special teams will be set up for the construction of the project, so that more Chenzhou people working outside can have the confidence to come back and build their hometown.
