Chenzhou has long been known as “a blessed land” (a land full of福fú in Chinese). An activity of Sending “福” to Citizens was held in Zhiqing Art Village of Chenzhou City on the morning of January 19. Bright red characters “福” can be seen everywhere, and citizens can take photos and get lucky bags.
