t was learned from Rucheng New Rural Cooperative Medical System Office that 311,110 people of Rucheng county were benefited with 120million yuan subsidies of NCMS in 2015, accounting for 89.13% of the total population, which set a new record.

Focused on the target of “upgrading overall hospitalization, regulating overall clinic”, key work of “reasonable utilization of funds, obvious benefits for farmers”, and working idea of “enhanced management, regulated operation, reform & innovation, improvement of mechanism, simplification of procedures, and convenience for people”, Rucheng NCMS Office adjusted and optimized the mechanism of subsidy arrangement, placed more attention on special chronic disease, general clinic, and sever disease screening on the basis of increasing the participating rate of NCMS and percentage of hospitalization subsidies, and confirmed 16 new fixed village-level medical institutions to provide more convenient condition for people to see doctor.

In 2015, 311,100 people of Rucheng county were benefited with the subsidies of NCMS, 62,500 of whom were benefited with 120million yuan hospitalization subsidies, while 248,500 of whom were benefited with 26.099million yuan clinic and other types of subsidies. 89.13% of the total population was covered into the NCMS, setting a new record.
